Our company headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Austin, Texas. At this location we manufacture and produce large quantities of highly concentrated dense microbial products in bulk amounts. Our products are packaged into a dry powder base, have a long shelf life, and are activated by fresh, salt, or brackish water. Manufacturing a dry product allows our customers to activate the products at their convienence and on their schedule.

As the manufacturer we can offer our customer the full benefit of ensuring them high quality product. Our track record of over 25 years clearly shows that our products work and work very well. Our products are used by a diverse range of customers, they range from homeowners, to environmental companies, to the oil and gas industry.

The Oppenheimer Formula has been listed on this schedule since July 1991.This listing does NOT mean that EPA approves, recommends, licenses, certifies, or authorizes the use of The Oppenheimer Formula on an oil discharge. This listing means only that data have been submitted to EPA as required by subpart J of the National Contingency Plan, Section 300.915

The part of our success is because our special blend contains a unique species of Archaea. Archaea is an extremely versatile microorganism that quickly breaks down even complex materials and minerals into basic nutrients and trace elements that plants can readily absorb. The Archaea in our formulation tolerate many dfferent environmental conditions and also are able to degrade a wide variety of hydrocarbons.

Microbes require four essential items in order to live and thrive. Oxygen - 1ppm, inorganic nutrients, water (this can be fresh, salt, or brackish), and finally the microbes must come into contact with the item they are remediating.

Independent testing from Louisiana State University (LSU) prove that our products work extremely well. Louisiana State University tested eight commercial microbial products listed in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA) Office of Emergency Management Regulatory and Policy Division's National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) Product Schedule.

In this study all products were tested for their effectiveness on the materials spilled from the Deep Horizon Oil Spill of 2010, namely alkanes and PAHS. Tests were conducted using weathered oil and gulf water collected from an area (in the northern Gulf of Mexico) impacted by the spill.

The Oppenheimer Formula was the MOST effective of all the products tested 99.9% of alkanes and 98.5% of PAH's were degraded and reduced.

Dr. Carl Oppenheimer

Dr. Oppenheimer is known around the world as one of the founding fathers of modern bioremediation technology. He devoted his life to the research and development of ecologically safe and sound methods of cleaning petroleum hydrocarbon pollution. He was instrumental in the state of Texas authorizing the first open water testing of a bioremediation product in US history at the site of the Mega Borg oil spill off the coast of Texas.
