AquaZyme® - for minor oil & fuel spills on water.

AquaZyme® is an innovative, cost effective, and highly absorbent product that contains oil eating microbes. It is designed for use on minor oil and fuel spills on on water, either salt, brackish, or fresh. It can be applied either in a wet or dry state. This product replaces conventional absorbent products that you may be currently using. Most other absorbents leave an oily residue, but AquaZyme® does not. This product is intended for use on liquid hydrocarbons. If the spilled material is in the form of a sludge or tarball it will need to be liquified prior to applying AquaZyme®

This product uses a two step process. The product can be applied either wet or dry over the spilled surface.

Physical - Once in contact with the spilled material it quickly absorbs the spilled material and prevents it from expanding.

Biological - Once water is added, the oil eating microbes are activated and begin to eat, digest and transform the spill material into non-toxic byproducts.

 

Can be used to clean oil and oil sludge from hands, feet, and tools.

Will not biodegrade some synthetic oils.

User must adhere to all regulations regarding hydrocarbons.
