Oppenheimer Biotechnology Incorporated (OBI) is a privately held manufacturer of microbial products, located in Austin, Texas. Since 1991, we have been committed to providing the highest quality bioremediation products and services. We grow large quantities of highly concentrated microbial products in bulk to support our customers. All of our products, for both the national and international markets are shipped from our Austin, Texas facility.

Our microbes are naturally occurring, and are grown on a consortium media, including seawater, and are fed "Sweet Texas Crude Oil" as their food and energy source. All of our microbial products are all sold in a dry powder form that can be activated by either brackish, fresh, or seawater.

Every field situation is different. A bioremediation approach must be tailored to each particular project site. There is no such thing as one size fits all. Our clients always know our products will work on their specific sites before they purchase any product.

It makes good sense that we test samples of the material to be sure that bioremediation is a viable option prior to starting any project. The bottom line is if our microbes cannot live in the material to be biotreated then bioremediation may not a good solution for that particular situation.
